There are a variety of worship/creative art ministries available here at First Baptist. Please allow us to help you find a place of service.

Worship Choir

This choir rehearses on Wednesday's at 7:00 in the choir room below the sanctuary. This choir performs in the traditional worship service as well as during special occasions in the contemporary worship service. They also are counted on for holiday music/drama events like: The Living Christmas Tree, Our Easter Drama Presentation, and our patriotic celebrations.

Praise Ensembles

We have two mixed ensembles: Praise Team and Worship Team - that alternate leading us in our contemporary worship services.

Sonshiner's

This choir is for our senior adults who enjoy singing and fellowshipping with one another. They rehearse each Tuesday at 10:00am in the Fellowship Hall. Additionally, they enjoy a potluck luncheon together on the second Tuesday of each month after their rehearsal.

Praise Band

This group of artists plays with our various praise ensembles as well as with our Worship Choir on occasion.

Children's Choir's

Ladies Handbells

This group of ladies occasionally lead us in special music.

Television/Sound Ministry

Our church services are broadcast on local cable channel 5.
